Tasting notes: Our Mexican Chiapas has medium body, with light to medium acidity and a sweet hint of dark chocolate. Very balanced. (A staff favorite!).
Processing Method: Washed, Sun Dried.
Cultivars: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuai.
